COMO HACER UN PEDIDO / HOW TO HAVE ONE ORDER

No hay mejor manera de expresar sus aficiones y amor en la vida que con elementos personalizados.

Desde que empezamos esta aventura de pintar en zapatillas hemos descubierto que la gente se cansa de usar lo mismo que otros tienen, así lo manifiestan en los muchos diseños que hemos preparado, van desde incluir el nombre de la novia, el del bebe de la casa, fechas de aniversario, frases cómicas, mascotas, símbolos familiares y más; estos pequeños detalles hacen de un par de zapatillas algo más que simplemente calzado. Cada zapatilla engloba las emociones, sentimientos, sueños, recuerdos y expresiones de cada uno de nuestros creativos clientes.

Si quiere unos zapatillas personalizadas por favor no dude en contactar con nosotros. Le garantizamos que los zapatillas acabadas serán los mismos que las imágenes. Todas las fotos fueron tomadas en directo, pero nos permitimos alguna sutil diferencia porque cada par está pintado a mano. La pintura a mano es muy delicada y encontrara que sólo hay una fina capa de pintura en los zapatos.

Por favor póngase en contacto conmigo libremente y envíeme las imágenes que desee pintar en las zapatillas. También puede decirme lo que te gustaría poner y yo busco las imágenes. Por ejemplo: Quiero unas zapatillas sobre Picasso, o sobre “Star wars” o quiero una zapatillas en tonos azules con corazones….. deje volar su imaginación.

Sólo tiene que seguir estos sencillos pasos: 

1. Mande un mensaje con la siguiente información: Su nombre y dirección, lo que usted quiere en la zapatilla, y la talla y el color de la zapatilla a esta dirección:

Las zapatillas del blog están realizadas en una marca estándar de buena calidad pero si usted desea una marca en concreto, me lo tiene que indicar y yo intentaré localizarlas, le pasaré un presupuesto y antes de comprarlas darme su aprobación. !POR FAVOR sea exacto cuando me dice la marca y color así como el tamaño! Voy a hacer la compra de las zapatillas basada enteramente en lo que usted me dice, así que NO puede considerarme responsable si no es lo usted quería.

2. Yo le envío una foto de los zapatillas con su precio (o si es una marca especial, una captura de pantalla del precio por Internet). Mas el precio por mi trabajo, que normalmente son 30 €  (a no ser que el diseño lleve mucho trabajo, entonces se haría un presupuesto para confirmar). Además deberá de añadir los gastos de envío al precio final, que dependiendo del lugar pueden cambiar.

Si usted aprueba el precio, tiene que confirmar el pago a través de PayPal, y empiezo a trabajar en un boceto-concepto. Órdenes sin pagar serán cancelados dentro de una semana. Los problemas surgen de vez en cuando pero invito a los clientes a ponerse en contacto conmigo para discutir cualquier problema que puedan surgir durante el proceso.

3. Una vez que usted aprueba el boceto, yo compro las zapatillas y empiezo a trabajar en ellas. Tan pronto como hayan terminado, se los enviaré. Dependiendo de la complejidad, este proceso podría tomar un tiempo. Por favor, sea paciente conmigo, y no dude en pedir fotos del trabajo en curso, si usted está preocupado. 

Formas de pago

Solo acepto pagos con Paypal. Es posible hacer pagos con Paypal sin necesidad de crear una cuenta. Una vez se realice el pago se deberá avisar de ello por mail.

Todos nuestros artículos son enviados desde Guadalajara (España).

El plazo de entrega de estos envíos dependerá del país al que se realicen. Aproximadamente entre 8-20 días laborables.

Si necesitas algo por un fecha determinada, por favor hágamelo saber! Si usted necesita algo en una fecha determinada, trate de pedir al menos con un mes de antelación. 

Tu pedido será enviado a la dirección que indicas. Si prefieres enviarlo a una dirección diferente, por favor házmelo saber. Si es para un regalo, puedo envolverlo de forma especial y poner una tarjeta de felicitación por 3 € más.

Los clientes internacionales, serán responsables de cualquier carga adicional de aduana e impuestos locales, siempre y cuando sea aplicable. Por eso le informamos que debe revisar sus políticas y regulaciones locales en los paquetes internacionales.

Las zapatillas son enviadas en un embalaje resistente e impermeable específico para cada zapatilla.

Si tu pedido contiene dos o más artículos, te agradeceríamos nos indica si necesitas que sean empaquetados por separado.

- Devoluciones

Los productos personalizados no admiten devoluciones.

Únicamente se admiten devoluciones si el producto sufre un defecto de fábrica (producto defectuoso), para esto se deberá seguir los siguientes pasos:

Dispones de 7 días hábiles para ejercitar el derecho de devolución. 

Debes comunicar el motivo de tu devolución previamente mediante un email incluyendo una fotografía con los defectos.

Nosotros no nos haremos cargo de los costes asociados a esta devolución y/o cambio. Nos reservamos el derecho de retener el reembolso hasta recibir el producto.

El importe de la compra será devuelto mediante PayPal o transferencia bancaria una vez recibido el artículo en las mismas condiciones en las que se envió.

Por favor, si tienes algún problema con la compra ponte en contacto conmigo lo antes posible. Si no estás satisfecho con tu compra, ponte en contacto conmigo, intentaremos encontrar una solución.

Since we started this adventure to paint on shoes we've found that people get tired of using the same as others have, so manifest in the many designs that we have prepared, ranging from include the name of the bride, the baby of the house , anniversary dates, Funny phrases, pets, relatives and symbols; these small details make a pair of shoes more than just footwear. All photos were taken live, but we allow some subtle difference that each pair is hand painted. Hand painting is very delicate and find that there is only a thin layer of paint on shoes. 

Please freely contact me and send me the pictures you want to paint on shoes. You can also tell me what you would put on and looking images. For example: I want a shoe on Picasso, or "Star Wars" or want a shoe in blue tones with hearts ... .. let your imagination.

3. Once you approve the sketch, I buy shoes and start working on them. As soon as they are finished, I will send them. Depending on the complexity, this process could take a while. Please be patient with me, and feel free to request pictures of work in progress, if you are concerned.

All our items are shipped from Guadalajara (Spain). 

The delivery of these shipments will depend on the country they are made. Approximately 8-20 working days.

The shoes are sent to a specific resistant and waterproof packing for each shoe. 

If your order contains two or more items, we would appreciate it indicates if you need to be packaged separately. 

- Returns 

Custom products do not support refunds. 

Returns allowed only if the product proves to be defective in material (defective product) for this should follow these steps: 

You have 7 working days to exercise the right of return. 

You must communicate the reason for your return in advance by email including a photograph with defects.
